Parcelle Wine

Has anyone ever dealt with them before? Reliable?

It seems like they would be given the following:

Parcelle is a curated wine shop and the first retail concept from Delicious Hospitality Group, the team behind NYC restaurants Charlie Bird, Pasquale Jones, and Legacy Records.

But I would love to hear of any feedback.

I had the pleasure of working with Christine, the proprietor, and can definitely vouch for her reliability. She is the consummate professional, and I have seen her drop off bottles to friends by hand in NYC. The shop itself is small but well-curated with lutte raisonee and 'correct' natural wines, with a good amount of Grand Cru Selections and Rosenthal wines. Again, I would trust them to get you the goods and their provenance.

Great, thanks for the input. I messed around on their site and noticed that ground shipping to NC would be $96 for 9 bottles. That's really high. It sounds like they are more geared towards satisfying a NYC clientele (free same day delivery!) than e-consumer like myself.

For one, I don't care for 'curation', but those shipping prices are similar to Zachys, which is $10/bottle IN-state.
