At home.

Eminence Road 2018 Riesling "Ten Dots" - yup, that's pet nat

Manciat, Jean 2017 Macon-Charnay "Franclieu" - Jim wrinkles his nose at this, but the acidity is good and that is redemptive

Pinon, F 2010 Vouvray "Trois Argiles" - golden fruit of a compote aspect, but mostly savory, the finish has a bit of licorice root, it's still a teeny bit sweet, beautiful

Leitz 2012 Rudesheimer Berg Roseneck Riesling Spatlese - this is nice! lime leaf, white flowers, a bit sweet, pure, texture is light but attractive, late note of resin, wish I had more

Antichi Vigneti di Cantalupo 2006 Ghemme "Breclemae" - recognizably itself but muted, and remained quiet on Day 2, too; oh, well

Feraud, Eddie 2005 Chateauneuf-du-Pape - I waited 15 years, BJ; Day 1: acidity is low and it's spirity but I can see the atraction in the lush plummy fruit and velvety texture, if that's your thing; Day 2: a distinctive cherry note has appeared which improves over the black-fruit-mush flavor profile on Day 1 but doesn't change the bottom-line

Giordano 1978 VdT Grignolino - why is this "VdT"? were there no rules for grignolino in 1978?, some VA makes this a little unpleasant but set that aside and there is a fine wine here, alive and well: vinous nose with a cherry soda and flowers palate, just a touch of earth but maybe it's that 'barolese' thing that all Piemonte grapes seem to have, still some sweetness and a smidgen of acidity left in it, bravo for a middling-quality grape after 42 years

Edmunds St. John 2017 Gamay Noir "Bone-Jolly" - carefree and yet serious

Lafouge 2010 Auxey-Duresses 1er "Les Duresses" - a point, mid-weight, silky texture, not a complex palate but nice raspberries and camphor, good acidity yet the red-fruit pinot flavors are starting to turn a bit blue, nice over two nights

Bersano 1967 Grignolino Riserva Speciale Cremosina - 720 ml; over 10 minutes this opens up beautifully!: very tangy, strawberries become strawberry jam, it remains that way about an hour and then, slowly, its age catches up to it: flavors of lacquer and sour mash start to intrude; it is mighty old, after all, still a remarkable performance by a 53-year-old "minor grape"

Borgogno, Serio & Battista 1975 Freisa - 720 ml; great color for 45 years old!, immediately on opening there is a blast of summer fruit, just for a few minutes, then it settles into a 'barolese' mode: dark fruit and earth, a tinge of acid and of bitterness that are faded but still there, a plasticky note comes if I let the glass sit too long, more intellectual than pretty but works well with a chicken pot pie

Sanguineto I e II 2016 Vino Nobile di Montepulciano - lightweight, good acidity, flavor intensifies as it gets more air, day 1 in the earthy/cranberry school, day 2 more cherry koolaid

Kelley Fox Wines 2014 Pinot Noir, Maresh Vineyard - not open for business, some earth and strawberry eventually but dnd

Pira, Luigi 2004 Barolo "Margheria" - corked, dammit

What's with all this older Grignolino suddenly being opened. Yesterday on WLDG, Dale posted about 1962 Fontanafredda Grignolino. A CSW thing?

Yeah, Jamie sent out an offer a few weeks back.

Do you think this may have been subtly corked? They went through a period with a crazy high corked rate, IIRC.

It's possible. Below my detection threshold if it was. I have one more bottle from this lot -- still wrapped in tissue paper!
