What will the new normal look like when visiting a winery?

This was in an email from Brooks, a reasonably large Oregon winery:

"There is considerable work being done by the wine industry with the Governor’s office about reopening. The best news yet is that the first phase for reopenings includes restaurants, bars, breweries, brewpubs, wineries and tasting rooms! Granted, the experience will be different than the past. In addition to social distancing and team members wearing masks, it is likely that most tasting rooms will be requiring reservations to control occupancy and ensure everyone is safe. In addition, you should expect to order glasses or bottles of wine. Flights will likely not be an option as it is requires too many interactions with customers."

Forget about flights, what about the spitting, pouring wine back into barrels, etc.

Lots of sulfur and new oak will cure all that. Talk about the new normal for Disorder.

Wishful thinking. It'll either be "fuck it" because the age stratification shows that infection fatality rate is low for most of the demo and people are responsible for their own health risks or it will be impossible. What they're describing isn't a thing.
