Shouldn't we ask others who have expressed an interest whether this date is convenient? If more people can do Saturday or Sunday (including the DC contingent), we maybe should choose one of those days.

I'm actually serious; we're taking a mindfulness class Sunday afternoons at 3 pacific. If we jeeb at noon pacific, I guess we can just be buzzed and hopefully non disruptive. would a push to the following weekend to get a Saturday work?

OK, time to do some academic cat herding. If you have expressed an interest, I'd like to see to votes to the following dates from you, the first the date you would prefer, the second dates you can't do or won't do:

Nov. 6 or 13, in the evening.

Nov. 7 or 14, day or evening

Nov. 8 or 15, day.

Vote early and often.

If I had to choose, evening of the 13th or 14th. No current preference of one over the other.

I would prefer not the 6th. I would prefer not weekend days. But I will bend to the group and come anyway if I can.
