Once at a recording session a few years back, Disney uber-composer Alan Menken ("Little Mermaid" "Beauty and the Beast") was talking to us about his "G3" - its stability, its headroom, its speed. As a then-owner of a Macintosh G3, I thought he was talking computers. Just as I was about to comment, I was saved from embarrassment when he mentioned how smooth they were when landing.
