Update: the opposing lawyers, in a bush league move, just withdrew their opposition so I no longer have a reason to be out in NYC. Regretfully, I won’t be available for dinner tomorrow.

Weeknights are on the table. Those days prior to the weekend are wide open as I will be meeting with the lawyers I work with during the daytime, but evenings will be my own. The next week I will be deposed by the opposition lawyers during the day so I will have to be more circumspect about how late I stay out and how much I drink. Dale W has floated the idea of something on the 16th, BTW.

It was either expert witness or strongman, and somehow I supposed the former.

So, Thu 13th or Fri 14th. Prefs? (I vaguely prefer Thu because I am always stag on Thu so a jeeb is no effect on anything else that might come up around then, but I'm flexible.)

Ugh. I can't do June 14, either (travel day). So, I am unavailable June 14-16 (travelling up and back, and the middle day at BEMF).

How's the 13th or 17th or 18th looking?

Plans are still not settled (opposition is dragging its feet) so cant say with certainty yet, but any of those dates should be OK. I might be flying in on 13th but no certain yet. I’ll let you know when I know.
 
Any day in that span would work for me.

I'm trying to keep the weekend clear because it's the one weekend in June when I don't have a solid plan yet. That said, it's been too long since I made it to one of these, so I'll happily attend even on the weekend.
 
OK so the dates are now set and I'll be out there the entire week of the 10th prior to being deposed the next week. Let me know what date(s) would be best.
