All those dishes sound wonderful, Jay, but let's make sure to have a fish item or two on there for Rahsaan. If the mapo tofu uses Sichuan peppercorns, I'm not sure how it would play with wine. As I said above, I'd be happy to send some wine to you ahead of time should you think that it would be useful. I have some older Rieslings (Prum, Schaeffer, Mullen) that I'd be happy to contribute as well as a '14 Pinon Deronnieres and a couple of Huet 1er Tries ('96, '02). Oh, and a few hundred bottles of various red wines, too. Just let me know.
