Rants and Ravings
- Bouchard is very impressive however you can feel the work in the cellar, nonetheless it feels like a minor version of Rose de Jeanne
- Briseau also is very solid and the more I think about it the more I like it. Not so sure about ageing potential
- Ametzoi a classic proposal from Zul is always refreshing and has an amazing evolution in the glass even at room temp
- Terroir's food is so fresh that puts to shame most of French bistro. It's unbelievable London did not have a place like this until recently. Yeah but get that aircon working it was over 27C last night inside. Well over that.

PS. This note with the help of Cellartracker. This is killer software from a wine lover to wine lovers (no connections...)
PS2. Tasting notes follow a Tom Hill style and I may add a Bill Nanson's Rebuy feature in the near future (I am pretty sure I will). Rants & Ravings should be trademarked by Weimax down in SF Peninsula in the meantime I shall borrow it...
