Toasty nuances to bouquet, quite complex, blackberries/raspberries/blueberries, roasted meats, luscious.
Solid core of dark fruits, soft tannins, maybe some leather, complex, smoke, muscular but with finesse and smoothness, some earth, firm tannins in abeyance, well balanced.
Good length to flavorful finish. [Excellent]
Served with Sauteed Veal Liver w/Onions, Polenta Cakes, Green Peas...
