Actually, it's an adjective. You miiiiight be able to squeeze in un branchouillard as a substantive (calqued on the slang term for a rustically proud French person, un Franchouillard), but it's not common.
It'll probably work, too.It's truly just a bad pun. Foillard playing to the Thors of the world, mayhap.
