I'm also confused. You have some nice wine. You have been married for approximately one year. You are young and probably hope to live another 40-50 years. Your cellar will go through many up and down phases. Aside from the current prices of some of those specific wines, where's the panic?

I'm back and forth.

Wine is made to be drunk, so it can't be a bad thing to drink it. I just don't think I'm going to have a period of growth for quite a while.

Marriage can have bad effects on your cellar.

I suggest more champagne to keep the bride happy, and get rid of those Chave's and get more Lopez de Heredia, before it's too late!
