That is my impression as well. In addition to hitting the road, Kermit has become much less aggressive bundling his higher end products. In years past, retailers in this neck of the woods would have to commit to stacks of lower end (crap) wines to get wines like Lapierre or Foillard. This year, apparently, not so much.
