Coturri strikes again and Gahier disappoints

Stéphane's own wines are from the family domaine, named for his parents André et Mireille. Stéphane has expanded the domaine to their point where I'm sure he has no time for side projects.

I do like his sparkling wines a lot, and usually his Chardonnay. I'm not a fan of the 2009 Singulier Trousseau, though. It's just too big; it is out of balance.
