Christian Miller (CMM)
Christian Miller
Meaty mature well-balanced Syrah graced with roast chestnut, worn leather, fine-grained mellow tannin. Marvelous as is, worshipful with boudin noir.
Unrelated, although I'd love to make a Szechuan Gourmet jeebus one day. But just as much fun, a friend puts on an exotic grilled meats and many wines party for the Superbowl each year, and this was the highlight for me. Not far behind - Williams Selyem 2006 RR PN, surprisingly light-footed and graceful with grilled ginger duck; Preston organic Petite Sirah with BBQ venison; Meyer Fonne Grand Cru Gewurz (forget year and vineyard) all by itself.originally posted by Zachary Ross:
Szechuan Gourmet has boudin noir?

So not too light and easy then?
Although it doesn't sound like a chore to drink, at all.
