Telquel 2010

Slightly spritzy, wild raspberry-fruited, then earthy and herbal, but not green. Served @ cellar temp with pan-roasted pork chop from Fleischer's, salsa verde, salad of shaved brussels sprouts, toasted walnuts, and pecorino. Now I know (per Putnam) why Detroit loves Puzelat.

Love Puzelat, even critter label Puzelat. A little jig in the decanter removes the spritz, if it ever bothers anyone.

I don't mind the spritz. Lifts the palate a little. Fun wine.
