Slightly spritzy, wild raspberry-fruited, then earthy and herbal, but not green. Served @ cellar temp with pan-roasted pork chop from Fleischer's, salsa verde, salad of shaved brussels sprouts, toasted walnuts, and pecorino. Now I know (per Putnam) why Detroit loves Puzelat.
