I'm certain that I am not qualified to define any senses, heterosexual or otherwise. But I do like huitlacoche, and I'm trying to figure out how to make it into confit.

This seems like a 10 step process. Let me try to figure it out. I see some potential here. The one problem might be that the baking (to make it jerky) would dry all the internal fat that is needed to make confit. Might end up as some really tough, greasy stuff once it gets "confited".
