We take Isa to dinner

SueSue and I took the 2010 Cowan Cellars Isa to our favorite Japanese restaurant Saturday. It was a simple meal with shumai dumplings, a seafood pancake, and a soba dish with duck, egg, and enoki mushrooms. The wine added great complexity to the food. What a pleasure to watch the wine evolve over the evening and add compliment each dish.
Oh yeah, much more of this, please sir.

Indeed it's lovely wine but one "s" I believe.
The bottle with the two S's is a reserve and costs a few bucks more, or is it a few bucks less? The main thing is to keep the Cowan brand in front of the public.

Steve,
Kinda like "Orange you glad you're a Vol."
Coming from a Tennessee trash, redneck hillbilly in Texas exile.
T for Texas; T for Tennessee.

that gal that made a wreck out of me...

Like Las Vegas did to me last week (at least I got to drink a stellar bottle of 1988 CSH).
