Do you mean the legality of importing a wine into the US in a clavelin or something else? If the former, it's not an issue in California, but I don't know about other states.

It's not usually enforced but there is is a stupid US law that accepted limitations of a stupid EU law that codified acceptable bottle sizes. The EU law was repealed but I never heard that the US law was similarly modified.

I think Ganevat's prices have gone up in France a bit, but in NY they added an extra layer of distribution. In CA they went to Kermit.

So more money for everyone!

Nobody really cares, but I'm guessing they come through as 750s in customs to pay the correct amount of tax.
