I've stumbled across two different drinks-makers' websites that disparage fine wine.
First, we have Aaron Burr Cidery. They are working it, working it to revive the farmstead brewing of "true" cider. And apples are mighty complicated stuff, you know, far more difficult than working with grapes... click

Fortunately for me, I avoided the hitting the trifecta by not reading anything from Clark Smith today.
