I seem to have miscalculated the amount of wine I needed to tide me over the winter. So now I'm out of drinkable wine and only have stuff I mean to cellar. So I am at our monopoly's, Alko's, mercy for a while until my next shipment arrives. But I've already tried everything interesting (and far too many duds) that Alko has so I didn't feel like drinking their wines this weekend. Thankfully I am a firm believer in homeopathy so I made myself some homeopathic wine.
I had a few drops left in the bottom a bottle of Musar 2005. So I did what any homeopath would do and I put a drop of wine into a hundred drops of water. Then I shook the solution ten times up and down; ten times to the side; and ten times back and forth. I repeated the process until I had diluted it to 30C or 10⁻⁶⁰! I think it's pretty safe to say that not a single molecule of the original Musar can be in this homeopathic wine - so it must be pretty damn potent stuff because as we know, the less of the active ingredient there is, the stronger it is. Let's put it to the test!
Having taken a single sip I can ofifcly sya Im' siht-faedc!
