Yes they are dry. Not 100% sure if he filters them but my guess is that he does. They do have a very slight nutty, oxidative, unami character but still very fresh and lively.

Great raw material in the Nahe indeed this year, and it doesn't hurt that the three guys you appear to have visited know what they are doing, no? Did you try the November 27th Eiswein? :-)

I did not try the Eiswein. Yes the top producers in the Nahe are making amazing wine in every vintage.
