Does La Conseillante count as spoofed?

I have previously been informed that '99 Clos des Goisses has been given a waiver by the politburo.

I tried one bottle from my stash a few years ago and did not care for it, and was just thinking of exchanging the remainder for whichever 2013 Robert Dentice liked the most on his trip. Time to open another, I guess.

SFJoe and I received an unconfirmed report the 1971 is not.

I suspect you will get different answers if you ask how many non-spoofed wines there are in Bordeaux these days, among the well known properties, depending on the degree of spoofiness one wants to consider.
Professor Gilman, for example, published a list of so-called traditionally made Bordeaux not too long ago, and I think he was being a little generous. But I completely understand his point of view; his list is consistent if you just lower the bar a little.
