Conde de Haro is now a brand used by Muga for their cava bubbly. In the old days it was their Torre Muga or Aro of the time. Some of us miscreants believe that the better Torre Muga vintages will age as well as the better Conde de Haro. Bodegas Bilbanas has two traditional cuves like most of the old houses (more powerful Via Pomal in the Burgundy bottle, more elegant 'Rioja fino', Via Zaco, in the Bordeaux bottle) and it also has now one of the modern-style wines, La Vicalanda, which hasn't been wildly successful. The Vendimia Especial used to be their, indeed, special top-end wine, just like Conde de Haro.
