warm salad of roasted bok choy, radishes and turnips with a side of Penny Royal goat cheese.

Five varieties in this wine, part of them skin-fermented and all of them integrated to be complex, energetic and delicious.

The 2015 is the bomb - pulling my interest away from a really tasty salmon Maine green beans panzanella. What Jim said describes it well. This year's version is a fat 11.5% ABV.
