A bottle of Lambrusco di Castelvetro Grasparossa went exceptionally well with a Korean food spread last Sunday.

Which level of sweetness?

Secco - dry and brambly purple berries that went with everything from scallops to the more aggressively spiced vegetables and then back to mild grilled beef and onions without falter.

Hard to go wrong with Beaujolais, except with Nouveau.

unless it's foillard, vissoux, brun, etc. 2015 happens to be a very good vintage, which is the vintage i'd recommend for nouveau.
