seattle jeebus on 7/21?

OK, you guys, now that you're honing in on a venue, can you please start the wine talk? I want to live vicariously through you from afar.

I brought a sherry and a red burgundy. That's on- theme, right?

Heh. We've obviously forgotten the best venue in Seattle -- the gallery that shows Joel's work!

September might be doable....

No corkage either!

Dude...absolutely!

This time, vinyl!

Where's that gallery? I saw two piece of Joel's work in NYC and would like to see more.
Right near quest field and the transit center downtown.

Now you guys are really making me homesick.

Jeff, the gallery is Azuma gallery, on 1st Ave, a bit so. of Pioneer Square, as Brian points out. I'll miss not being able to make it out, but I'm in the midst of preparing a new batch of work for the September show.

Brad, et al, let's try and fine tune it if we can.....for better or worse, we open on Labor Day weekend (both prior weekends are sports dominated, making parking for gallery-goers a nightmare). A few days later, I'm back on a plane to Japan.

Joel, we will be very happy to have you back.

Re this jeeb...James at Eva is good with a minimal per person $8 corkage...seems reasonable to me...when do we want to start? Mme L and I can't start til a bit after 7 but if you guys want to jump in earlier you should.

I will scout around in the cellar...the old stuff stand up area is a bit depleted...I must have something down there though...

Barring minor miracles, I am unable to make it this thurs. If it is flexible enough to join last minute, I'll be a long shot.

And re Joel's jeeb...I have the ultimate portable vinyl set up these days...we will do it.

Schweet! I'll check with Linda. There might be potential to do it later on the opening day...if you peeps are around L day weekend.

Now back to your scheduled jeeb programming....

Eva at 7:00 is great for us. At this point in the game, let's not wait very long before jumping on it.

I presently have no idea what I'll bring. But I'll look around tonight.

I have nine, with Brian and MJ out.

Is this still happening? Things have been a little quiet. Please confirm.
