Who is on hiatus or considering going on hiatus?

I had not notice but many of my connections in the lurker community are concerned.

I'd like to be on hiatus, but since I don't import Europeen wines, I have to be content with my ranch house overlooking the nearby electrical grid and the 7/11.

When we delivered the verdict, the defendant's brother charged us from the gallery, yelling that he was going to kill us, and was just barely tripped up by the only baliff (who must have been 70; he kept falling asleep during the trial) in the room. He was followed by his mother, shouting a different set of threats, and she was eventually caught as police with guns drawn came rushing into the courtroom from all three entrances. We were escorted out a secret entrance under armed guard, all the way to our cars (and those who took public transportation got an escort all the way home).
Thanks for the link. I thought at first that you were retelling a story from a tasting at Zind Humbrecht. (insert illegal emoticon here)

I'm off to stick my finger in the dike of Hiatusness.

It's a damn good thing that is now legal in Massachusetts. Can you do that while suffering from shrinkage?

We're harvesting, starting tomorrow. Depending on the definition of hiatus, this might be considered one.

Between escaping bears, surviving ice climbing & returning to an unread e-mail for every point the dow has lost in the last week (not to mention having to find my way here) I might as well be on hiatus.

After a frenzied first week, I took a leave over the last ten days or so...I am now feeling more refreshed.

I did check with the Politburo to see what forms needed to be filled out, but was told that unless I was filing for an "official hiatus", nothing was necessary. That said, had there been a page to list those hiatusizing (feel free to debate the exact definition and potential future usage), I would have undoubtably applied to be the first.

Be well,
Larry

I read in another thread that he is going on a trip, which is probably also a hiatus.

For his own well-being, I thought I would report him here before the Politburo fins out on their own. I'd hate to see Lou go to the Gulag.

I'd be here all the time if the restaurant wasn't so busy. But there are all those LDM sourced bottles that have to be poured each evening. So I haven't been here much.

I'm back from hiatus! Had been posting on Wine Therapy for years but it's nice to be back home on Wine Disorder.

It's like deja vu all over again.

But different.

Damn, the Politburo's standards are already slipping. I feel a coup in the air. Or maybe it's just that Perry hasn't showered in a week.

("Coup plotters." Anyone else miss the days when that phrase was on the news all the time? "Coup plotters." "Coup plotters." Oh, yeah!)
